Design the operating capability
- Assign business and technical owners.
- Define service levels, fallback, and escalation.
- Integrate identity, data, workflow, and logging.
- Test real exceptions and adverse conditions.
- Train users around decisions and limitations.
Scale patterns, not exceptions
Capture reusable architecture, controls, evaluation methods, and deployment workflows. Expand only after the first implementation performs reliably and owners can support it.
Production readiness is organizational. Technology is only one part of the system that must work.
